The Camera
Passionate Photographer based in California
Based outside of Sacramento, California. Ive been photographing the beauty of human connection for over 15 years, but my love affair with photography reaches back to my early years growing up as a third culture kid jumping continents with my family in the Navy. Photography is not jus a job to me but a privilege. To be welcomed into the moment, your moments, to preserve its meaning is my greatest honor. Im in love with preserving moments in motion. The raw reflections of who we are in that moment,
in other words, MAGIC.
Let’s get the know each other, I’ll go first.
Photography has always been my way of exploring the world, with every move, experience and new stage of life. Throughout my coursework studying visual design, I explored photography from the foundations through analog film. It was there I fell in love with the process of the darkroom, the slowness and the poetry of seeing images develop before my eyes. After graduating, I continued on to study human centered design through post-graduate work, where I spent the last 15 years in consumer tech working as a surface color designer and trend forecaster, basically I found the ART in tech!
Returning to photography with renewed focus feels like coming home. Behind the lens, I love to capture moments that are authentic, meaningful, and truly yours — the laughter, the quiet gestures, the little details that tell your story. More than just photos, these are memories that reflect who you are and what you love, moments you can revisit and hold close for years to come.
