Every order is created onsite at our in-house print studio. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and consistency of every print.

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

All orders are processed within 12-14 business days. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All orders are custom-printed to fill each order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, making all sales final. 

Should your order become lost or damaged, please email hello@birdandclay.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
